Dear Sir/Madam,
The Agency hereby invites all interested and qualified pharmaceutical suppliers and contractors to a pre-briefing meeting on the proposed procurement and supply arrangements under the Drug Revolving Fund (DRF) programme in Edo State. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information and clarification on the proposed procurement process, the requirements for participation, and the proposed establishment of a Framework Agreement for the supply of drugs and other approved pharmaceutical products to the Agency’s health facilities. Following the pre-briefing, the required drugs and pharmaceutical products will be advertised in accordance with applicable procurement procedures to enable all interested and qualified suppliers to participate in the process. The successful suppliers may subsequently be engaged under a Framework Agreement, subject to the applicable procurement requirements and approval processes. The proposed Framework Agreement is intended to facilitate timely access to essential drugs whenever stock shortages occur across the Agency’s various health facilities. Supplies will be requested as the need arises, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement, availability of funds, and the Agency’s approved procedures.

All interested and qualified suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in the briefing to obtain the necessary information and clarification regarding the proposed process.
